I had my first profound Spiritual Awakening in 2007. And I have spent more than a decade learning how to be in this world with what I know about the nature of the Universe. Prior to that I was a bartender at a classic New England dive, I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day, had copious abusive relationships and a general sense of angst that I couldn’t put my finger on. I had no idea what I wanted let alone what I needed. There was no one, anywhere that knew what I was talking about. The people I respected most in life, just blinked in amazement. Meanwhile I truly thought that I was the last person alive to have figured it out!

 

In 2015 I had another awakening, in the form of Ego Death or Psychological break. I was forced to face the root of my self hatred (which we all have, but not all of us know it until a certain moment in life). Through this I found true Grace and Humility. I connected with my Guides and have been learning deeper and deeper listening ever since.

In 2020, I had another awakening. And the interesting thing about these awakenings is that once we have had them, we can never go back to sleep again.

 

I moved to Colorado from Vermont in 2021. Accepting, harnessing and leaning into the personal power that I have been cultivating for almost two decades.

I have been put on this path to help YOU. To assist humanity in this Great Awakening (No! You are NOT alone!!) Now we must re-learn HOW to feel, without fragility but with bravery and conscious vulnerability. I am here to help you turn your sensitivity into a SUPERPOWER!!
