There is living information beneath every thought, every compulsion, every breath and each pain. Most of us were never taught how to access it. My methods open that door. Through a practice that is as precise as it is alive, you will learn to enter the space between. This is where the body holds the oldest and most guarded parts of us and yet, they are still waiting to be heard. We anchor this work within ourselves so that we understand through lived experience, how to sit at the foot of our lives and learn.
Layered into this, you will develop ways of reading the deeper architecture of the individual psyche, how your clients receive information, how they communicate, what patterns they are living, and where they are being asked to evolve. This knowledge may become the most refined clinical and spiritual instrument you will ever carry.

The Codes I Carry
My work was built in my body, through tremendous pain and suffering, in a place that most of us spend our entire lives trying to avoid. At 28, I experienced a rare phenomenon, what we call, "being Christed." It is a recallibration to a vibrational state of consciousness that would shatter everything I thought I knew about reality. My clairsentience became an inseparable instrument, from my daily functioning. I could suddenly feel the deeper intentions of others through their energetic fields on a visceral level, I was shown how to sense the shape of different energies, I lived simultaneously from behind the veil and in the manifest world... it has been a gift like no other. What followed was an initiatory process of over a decade, stripping away the egoic preservation of ancestral thought patterns, belief systems, and cultural untruths.  It wasn't pretty and it asked everything of me but gave something back that is more valuable than anything on this planet... A powerful reason to keep going, a way to define the threads of Truth. I emerged having excavated my depths and I learned to hold and maintain that vibrational state as a way of living. I have and continue to sit with this body through the pain of auto immune disorder, multiple ego deaths, losing my birth family, pregnancy and birth, divorce, exile, The grief of the tyrany and manipulation by those in power, and collective unconscious grief of which I am profoundly linked... Both my pain and my power come from being an extremely sensitive person and I will continue to cultivate this precision. We live in a world where trauma is a normal occurrence and numbing with tasks and sharp tongues is the state in which most humans find themselves. This is why it is so important to unravel those 'maintenance' states- so that we can live for meaning instead.  The seeds of my formal education began while traveling to 13 countries and being deathly ill in all of them. I was found by indigenous healers wherever I landed and reawakened tools I recognized from many lives past. I have mapped these territories from within, so that I could share them with you. I have re-membered my wholeness, in order to assist humanity in regaining it's truest power- embodiment. I am a Reiki Master, trained in CranioSacral therapy, and Evolutionary Astrology with further certifications in Hypnotherapy, Sound Healing, and Integrative Healing Arts with 20 years of study and direct work. But what I bring that no certification captures is this: I understand the subconscious mind as a living landscape I have traveled extensively, and I would be honored to be your guide through the alignment process. When I work with practitioners who say YES to this work, a truly beautiful thing happens. I watch them sink deeper into themselves, quietly, with fascination, as they connect with the internal intelligence witnessing them back. They stop 'knowing' things and begin to explore from a reality of oneness rather than separateness. This is a process that you cannot reverse. It changes everything about how we show up for the people who need us. I built this methodology because I could not find it anywhere else. And I offer it now because the world needs healers who contain both the depths and the summit.

The Therapists and Psychologists why
Because we know that understanding why we do something isn't enough for most of us to stop doing it. Talking about the subconscious and actually entering it aren't the same thing and this method will teach you how to make that journey with your clients. ​Many therapists come to this work carrying our own unresolved territory. We've done the therapy, read the research, and built our practices, but there are still moments in a session where something gets stirred up that our training didn't give us language for. It's a much more intuitive position to be in than we have been trained in. We were asked to set it aside because of ethics and that is EXTREMELY important... but what about the gray areas? Not everything fits into a box, there's a felt sense we cannot clinically justify. This methodology gives that part of you not only permission but because of your excellent training, allows a laser sharp precision. This isn't about negating your training, this is about growing to the next level. Mastery. ​When we enter the subconscious through the body rather than around it, something undeniable shifts. Clients who have been circling the same patterns for years begin to move. This is largely because the work is being led by the client's inner world rather than our educated guess about it. I don't mean just the mind, I mean the field that the mind draws from. This is more powerful than any framework could predict. You are no longer guessing where to begin because the body already knows and you will know exactly how to ask. ​Evolutionary Astrology adds a dimension that most therapeutic training never touches. It's not fortune telling, but rather a living map of how this particular person is wired to think, communicate, receive love and information, and what their soul came here to learn. For a therapist this is extraordinary, because it means you arrive to a session already understanding something true about the cognitive and emotional patterns your client is living. As a Soul rather than a labeled box. ​And when we bring in sound healing and chakra work, we are reaching into the body at a frequency level, into the preverbal and pre-cognitive places where so much of what your clients carry actually lives. Because fundamentally everything is frequency. So imagine reaching the crystalized mistaken belief and rewriting it. ​This is about becoming the therapist your clients have been hoping to find. The one who can meet them in their story and in the truth beneath it all. This is about Embodiment.
The Energetic Healers Why
​​Because most energy training teaches you how to work with what you feel. But this methodology goes even further. It teaches you how to be still enough to truly see it and in that quality of witnessing, the client's own system can remember where it needs to go. We let their system be the guide, every time. ​This work will take you out of the observer's seat and into the living energy system itself. You will feel it more viscerally than you have before, as something you are inside of, moving with it and present with it. The difference is truly profound. Where we once sensed and even questioned, we now know what we are touching, not through the beloved mind but through the heart center itself. And from that place of deep embodied presence, the dialogue between you and your client and between your client and their own body becomes something neither of you has to force or figure out. It simply opens like a beautiful flower. ​This method also transforms the way you hold difficult emotions. Both your own and your clients'. Rather than something to shift or resolve as quickly as possible, what we once labeled negative becomes one of our most powerful and beautiful sources of information. When we stop trying to change it and get even more curious about it, it speaks volumes. ​When we bring in Evolutionary Astrology, we add something that most energy practitioners don't have access to. A living map of the person on your table. How they are wired energetically, what patterns are running beneath the surface of this session, and where their soul is in its larger journey. You stop guessing where the energy wants to go and start meeting it where it already is, with clarity and with confidence. ​And when we add this kind of sound healing and chakra work into the system, frequency seeps into the cells, it amplifies the value of what our energy and sacred symbols are reaching toward. The chakra system is a living conversation to participate in. Because the body has always known this language. We are simply giving it permission to speak with breathtaking results.

We often think we know how we feel, but the fact is that we spend most of our lives running from what we really feel because we have been conditioned out of it.
